100 Sit-ups 
100 Squats



Congratulations to everyone who completed Angie today. It's crazy to think that in just one day we did over 3,500 pull-ups as a group on our bars. That is pretty incredible. Nice job Karen and Dave on your first ever CrossFit workout! Welcome to the team.

I love this workout. It is tough, but my favorite of all the "girl" workouts. This is the first CrossFit style workout that Teresa and I ever completed. It may also be the reason that we are all here in the gym today. Big thanks to our friends Mike Delsart and Jim Looney for getting us started and reminding us that we CAN do all of these amazing things with our mind and muscles.
