Saturday in the Park


Spring has finally hit Telluride. Lets get outside and play!

Sprint the length of the soccer field. Burpee Broad Jumps and Broad Jumps along the width of the field. At the corners perform the following movements over three laps:

21-15-9

KB Swings
Tricept Push-ups
Jumping Lunges
Bicycle Sit-ups

Today was a great day to sweat under the warmth of the sun. As we move into the summer you can expect more outdoor WOD's when mother nature allows. We hope to utilize the Lawson Hill soccer fields, Galloping Goose Trail, Town Park, Bear Creek, Ophir, Jude Wheebe Trail, and possibly the Telluride Elementary School playground again. Teresa and I would love to hear ideas for WOD or venues' around town.
